Job Title: Fashion Creative Assistant
This role involves supporting our design team in developing seasonal concepts, moodboards, and color stories. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, a keen eye for trends, and a passion for translating ideas into refined, wearable design.
About the Role:
• Develop seasonal concepts, moodboards, and color stories
• Create and update technical flats, tech packs, and line sheets
• Research trends, fabrics, trims, and silhouettes aligned with brand direction
• Assist in fabric sourcing, swatch management, and vendor communication
• Participate in fittings, document feedback, and track sample updates
• Support coordination and styling for lookbooks, campaigns, and photoshoots
• Maintain and organize the design archive, swatches, and visual references
• Collaborate with production and sampling partners to ensure quality and timelines
Key Qualifications:
• 0–2 years of experience in fashion or apparel design
• Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; basic CAD knowledge is a plus
• Strong illustration and technical sketching ability
• Good understanding of fabrics, construction, and garment finishes
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Interest in contemporary fashion and design-forward thinking
