Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at OSHIN Resorts and Hotels located in Kozhikode. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for assisting in the overall management and operations of the food and beverage department. Daily tasks include supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, coordinating events, and maintaining service standards. The role also involves ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and working closely with other departments to streamline operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food and Beverage Management, including staff supervision and customer service

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Understanding of health and safety regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Inventory management and procurement experience

• Ability to coordinate and manage events

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
