Job Description
The Assistant Front Office Manager supports the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, smooth check-in/check-out processes, and efficient team coordination. This role plays a key part in maintaining guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day front office operations
Supervise front desk staff, including receptionists, concierge, and bell desk
Ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures
Handle guest queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
Monitor room availability, reservations, and occupancy levels
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness
Ensure proper use of PMS (Property Management System)
Train, guide, and motivate front office team members
Prepare daily reports, shift reports, and occupancy forecasts
Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and SOPs
Assist in revenue management and upselling strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Front Office operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., Opera, IDS, etc.)
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Requirements:
Experience in a similar role in a reputed hotel

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
