Job title: Trainee Operations Manager | Property Manager
Location: Jaipur & Ranthambore
Industry: Travel, Tourism and Hotel Industry
Experience Required: Minimum 6 Years in Hotel Management
Responsibilities:-
• Oversee the operations of the property, as per the Organizational chart.
• Hold regular briefings and meetings with all heads of departments and team members.
• Ensure full compliance to Hotel operating controls, SOPs, policies, procedures and service standards.
• Lead all key property issues including improvements and upgradation projects, customer service and refurbishment.
• Handling complaints, and overseeing the service recovery procedures.
• Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the Propertys annual Operating Budget
• Manage on-going profitability of the hotel, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
• Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the hotels and management.
• Developing improvement actions, carry out costs savings.
• A strong understanding of P&L statements and the ability to react with impactful strategies
• Maximizing room yields revenue through innovative sales practices.
• Work along with the revenue management team in devising methodologies for maximizing revenue
• Act as a final decision maker in hiring key staff at the property.
• Overseeing and managing all departments and working closely with department heads on a daily basis.
• Manage and develop the Hotel Executive team to ensure career progression and development.
• Be accountable for responsibilities of department heads and take ownership of all guest complaints.
• Provide effective leadership to property team members.
Qualifications:-
• Experience of at least 5 -7 year in service industry preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Self Starter and willing to take risks
• Available to work anytime including weekends
• Excellent management and team skills
• Education in Hospitality, Hotel Management Mandatory
