Our Hotel

Novotel and Ibis Melbourne Central is a dual branded hotel with 472 rooms conveniently located in the CBD.

We have a tight knit culture of collaboration between departments. The Front Office team is made up of a diverse collection of personalities with a range of skills; its greatest asset is using all of these skills to the departments’ advantage.

About you

As an Assistant Front Office Manager, you will show your leadership and interpersonal strengths to maximize the Rooms Operations. You are a driven problem solver with a creative approach to delivering the ultimate guest experience.

What you will be doing?

Management of the day to day operation of Front Office, Telephones, and Night Audit functions.
Liaison with Housekeeping department.
Ensure service standards are maintained in the aforementioned areas.
Ensure profitability is maximized.
Ensure customer/guest and staff needs are met.
