Assistant Front Office Manager
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Front Office Manager, located in Bardez. The Assistant Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the front office, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and customer service. Tasks include managing office administration, handling customer inquiries, maintaining records, coordinating with other departments, and supporting the Front Office Manager as needed.
Qualifications
• Experience in Office Administration and Front Office environments
• Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is an advantage
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
