Company: Svenska Design Hotels, a European chain of boutique hotels from Sweden
Location: Upscale Boutique Hotel in Electronic City, Bangalore
Salary: Rs.3.00-4.20 lacs per annum
Experience: 7+ years of front-office experience in a business hotel
Responsibilities:
• Guest Engagement: Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a memorable stay
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the front office team, fostering collaboration and high service standards
• Operational Excellence: Manage check-ins, check-outs, reservations and FO reporting efficiently
• Communication: Effectively communicate and engage with diverse guests and provide accurate information
• Hospitality Expertise: Uphold service standards and represent Svenska Design Hotels professionally
• Revenue Optimization: Work with corporate clients as well as OTAs to maximize revenues
• Training and Development: Conduct training to enhance team skills and maintain service excellence
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management
• Proven experience in front office operations, with a passion for delivering impeccable guest service
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to connect with guests and team members
• Fluent English communication is a must; additional language proficiency is a plus
• Leadership acumen and the ability to inspire and guide the front office team
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in hotel management software
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
