Job Description
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is a proactive, self-motivated leader responsible for supporting the General Manager in ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-performing operations across all departments. This role plays a vital part in delivering an exceptional client experience, driving sales growth, and maintaining operational excellence so Next Health can thrive both clinically and financially.
The AGM serves as both an operational leader and a high-impact sales contributor, capable of worry-transferring to the General Manager while elevating team performance and client satisfaction.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Hospitality, or related field strongly preferred
Minimum 1 year of management experience required
Minimum 1 year experience in the wellness, aesthetics, or healthcare industry highly preferred
Previous experience in sales, membership programs, or KPI-driven environments ideal

Core Job ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Operations
Support GM through proactive worry-transfer and seamless execution of delegated tasks
Lead daily huddles in GM’s absence to set expectations and energy for the day
Implement Next Health labor policies, procedures, standards, and safety guidelines
Manage operational functions including inventory, datasheets, payroll budgets, bank deposits, shift coverage, and facility upkeep
Ensure staff compliance with company policies and consistent delivery of brand voice
Maintain legal compliance, safety standards, and emergency response readiness
Uphold a polished, customer-centric facility environment
Sales & Revenue Growth (ADDED SECTION)
Serve as a strong sales leader, actively participating in membership sales, treatment packages, upgrades, and closing consultations
Meet or exceed individual and center-level revenue targets in partnership with the GM
Generate location-specific business through outbound efforts, community connection, and client relationship building
Coach, motivate, and train team members on sales strategies, scripts, and client experience standards
Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, ensuring team accountability and performance improvement
Support execution of promotions, events, and partnership opportunities
Team Leadership & Culture
Hold self and team to Next Health’s highest standards of professionalism
Provide coaching, positive reinforcement, and disciplinary action when needed
Facilitate education, training, and development for staff
Ensure clear communication, strong teamwork, and consistent operational flow
Encourage proactive use of downtime for productivity, customer engagement, and facility upkeep
Client Experience
Maintain a positive, welcoming environment for all clients
Ensure exceptional service delivery and prompt resolution of client concerns
Oversee presentation, cleanliness, and maintenance of all areas
Protect the integrity of the client journey from check-in to checkout
Additional Responsibilities
Work alongside the GM to provide full operational coverage as needed
Support strategic initiatives and company-wide goals
Perform ad hoc or delegated tasks to support the center’s success
Pay: $60,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
