Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant General Manager Business Development at one our fast growing(A 2000 Cr multi product, multi location group) client in to manufacturing sheet metal stamping components used in automotive . The role involves tasks such as new business development, business planning, business relationship management, contract negotiation, and sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the growth and success of the business through strategic business development initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Well connected to Automotive OEMs PAN India
• Should be from tier 1 supplier to automotive OEMs with 15-20 years of experience.
• New Business Development, Business Planning, and Sales skills
• Business Relationship Management and Contract Negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop business strategies
• Should have fair knowledge of new product development cycle for auto components
