_Urgently Looking for a Well-Established Real Estate Developer in Mumbai_ Designation – AGM/DGM – Sales (Sourcing) CTC – Up to 15 lacs per annum (Hike Given Basis Last Drawn) Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate in any stream, MBA’s Preferred Locations – Kandivali, Malad, Mulund, Borivali, Kurla Work Days: 6 days working (Week-off: Either on Monday or Tuesday. Sunday will be working) Experience: ●Min 05 Years of Experience as Sourcing Manager and 2 Years’ Experience as Channel TL. Must have successfully handled 02-04 Launches. ●Minimum 2 years stint with a Grade A developer and 2 years stint in a Mandate organization – shall be preferred. • Role & responsibilities: _Key Responsibilities for the Team Leader:_ 1. Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of channel partner sourcing managers to ensure wide distribution of the project and good sampling in a compressed time period. 2. Network and Relationship Building: Establish and maintain a network of channel partners for identifying and acquiring real estate opportunities to ensure depth channel performance. 3. Team Coordination: Ensure effective daily huddles with the team to provide clarity on targets, daily beat plan, daily activity plan and surround building. 4. Lead Gen: Contribute to the development of strategies for effective lead generation for the project maximizing the resources at hand – Telecallers & Database Management, Digital Lead servicing, SMS & Whatsapp Blasts. 5. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team and individual members and take corrective measures on a weekly basis. _Immediate joiners Preferred_
