Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur, India, and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including customer service, sales, and food & beverage management.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
The Assistant Hotel Manager will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth through effective marketing and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring excellent customer service at all times
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
• Oversee food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory management
• Manage the hotel's budget, ensuring that expenses are kept to a minimum
Requirements:
• Proven experience in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
