Responsibilities:
Handling equipments in all the departments with utmost care Informing to ward In charges if any patients found sick Actively responding to hospital emergency codes Intimating Housekeeping Supervisor if general / BMW waste is not cleared for the day
Specific responsibilities: A housekeeper cleans all the rooms to which she is charged or assigned. The housekeeper dusts, sweeps, mops, vacuums and scrubs. He or she maintains all cleaning supplies and equipment also make sure to execute to concerned department during emergencies. Housekeeping Jobs: Cleaning includes sweeping and mopping all over the Hospital, general passage and common area, non-clinical area, external premises.

Experience:
Minimum experience of 1 year in housekeeper is mandatory Minimum
Qualification: 5th Standard to SSLC or should speak and read local language.
Knowledge: Knowledge about handling patients, equipment & chemicals used for cleaning Skills: Patient care management, maintain clean & hygiene, maintain profession etiquette & should follow protocol & policy of the hospital and should punctual at all the time. Reporting to: Unit Head /Assistant Manager Admin Reported by: Housekeeping Supervisor Key Result Area: Patient care management, Cleaning & disinfection, Biomedical Waste Rules & Laundry management Linens Management: On a daily basis, hospitals utilize large quantity of linens-such as bedding, gowns and scrubs. Hospital housekeepers are responsible for gathering, washing of extremely soiled linen, folding, inspecting, and mending all of the linens used by their facility
