We are looking for dynamic HR professionals to manage key HR generalist functions, including performance appraisal, training & development, new joining and induction, employee engagement, MIS and analytics and exit management. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR processes and be able to implement initiatives that enhance employee performance and satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing in-house training sessions, workshops, and faculty development programs.

• Planning and coordinating employee engagement activities and cultural events.

• Manage/Support the day-to-day operation of HRMS (attendance, leave tracking, data updates).

• Generate routine reports (e.g., monthly attendance or leave summaries) as needed.

• Coordinate exit processes, including clearance forms, ID card return, and final documentation.

• Handle routine employee queries regarding leave, policies, and procedures.

• Ensure timely communication of HR notices, updates, and circulars.

• Assist in organizing HR files, forms, and documentation for audits or internal use.

• Manage the new joining and induction process and documentation

• Manage the inter-department coordination for operational issues

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA/PGDM in HR or related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR generalist functions, preferably in an educational or service-oriented sector.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance.
