Location: Sydney CBD with 50% of office attendance required per fortnight. Flexible working arrangements available.

Working across large ICT categories and reporting to the Commercial Contracts & Performance Manager, this role is part of a collaborative team who value individual input and offers genuine flexibility.
This opportunity is within a high-volume and dynamic environment that spans a range of procurement and commercial activity.
About the role:
Ensure all procurement documentation complies with State Government and Departmental policies. See https://buy.nsw.gov.au/ for further details.
Preparing correspondence including briefing notes and procurement documentation ensuring effective records management and reporting.
Assist in the planning and formation of low to medium risk IT contracts.
Maintain contract records in GTP Commercial Application
Assist in the development of reports, tools and templates to ensure compliance with policies and procedures including internal controls.
Assist in coordinating and responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate across business units to deliver value for money, and deliver procurement outcomes.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Demonstrated experience in procurement and contract management – essential.
Well-developed written communication and interpersonal skills, including the preparation of procurement and technical documents.
Ability to liaise, consult and negotiate with a range of stakeholders.
Good level of conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to identify and highlight key issues.
Proven ability to plan, prioritise and organise workloads to agreed timeframes.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office suite and power App and BI skills desirable.
