The Location

Ideally located on the Gold Coast, in close proximity to Robina Town Centre, Bolton Clarke's Villa Serena provides high-quality aged care in a friendly, secure and comfortable residential environment. Villa Serena is a Tuscan-style home with grand courtyards and manicured gardens, with a range of onsite amenities including a café, beauty spa, library and activities room.

The Role

As an Assistant in Nursing, you’ll provide assistance to our residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices.

To provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.

Support and care for residents as they age, and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.

Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.

To be successful, you will have:

Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual support

Experience in care role highly regarded

Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)

NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)

Flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)

Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination
