Expected Salary: $55,346.00 to $83,019.00

The final base salary will be at the Company's sole discretion and presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.

In this role, you will:

Analyze stock holdings in Babcock’s inventory/enterprise control system locations to ensure material will be available for required production dates.
Assist with the input and extraction of information from Material Requirement Planning (MRP) systems.
Assist with the validation of all material requirements including arising demands to ensure the appropriate action is taken to obtain material.
Assist with timely acquisition of Government Supplied Material (GSM) to include expediting in accordance with the priorities set by the production schedule.
Support the Procurement team inquiries to validate material requirements
Participate in regular stock taking and analysis
Other duties as assigned by Senior IC lead and/or warehouse manager
The ideal candidate brings:

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
2+ years’ experience in supply chain operations
Working knowledge of supply chain processes and systems (ERP’s)
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Ability to handle multiple tasks, priorities and meet deadlines
You are eligible for a Canadian Secret Security and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) Clearance
Good communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
A self-starter with good organisational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
IACCM, APICS, CPSM, CSCP, SCMA, CPIM or other Certification is an asset
