Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role based in Jaipur. The Assistant will support day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing documents, coordinating communications, and ensuring efficient office operations. Responsibilities also include assisting with documentation, maintaining client records, liaising with internal teams, and providing general support to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.


Qualifications


Strong organizational, time management, and administrative skills
Proficiency in handling documentation, client records, and correspondence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with basic office software such as Microsoft Office and email platforms
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
An understanding of legal and financial terminology and processes is preferred
Professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively with a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a relevant field is an advantage
