Job Description:
We have an opening for the post of Assistant Leader RT for a Multi National FMCG company in Chennai Branch.
Please find the details bellow:
Job Location: Chennai
Qualification: Graduate
Gender : Male
Salary: upto 3LPA
Experience : A few year’s working experience is preferable (FMCG is preferable)
Candidate’s Profile:
• Male Candidate with pleasant personality
• Good communication skill
• Local market knowledge
• Team handling ability and proficiency in MS- office & Power Point
Job Responsibility:
• Visiting the customers such as retailers, hotel and institutions.
• Making a good communication and negotiation with these customers.
• Developing customers in the designated area.
• Getting and placing an order (Get a PO from organized retailers).
• Collecting the payment.
• Doing a proper merchandising work at stores.
• Placing and maintaining a visicooler provided by YDI.
• Supervising the sales representatives and promoters to motivate them and increase the sale.
• Forecasting the sale volume and achieving the sales target.
• Making a daily sales report and keeping a log to report the sales manager.
• Working cooperatively with and supporting to the designated sales representatives
• Analyzing the sales performance and solving the problems
• Also sales executive is required to do the following jobs if necessary;
• Loading and unloading the product
• Caring the chilled van
• Delivering the stock to the customers by the chilled van
• Good communication skill are required to develop and maintain the market and his bosses.
• Local language tamil is must
