Job Title: Weld Professional
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve daily production schedule targets while maintaining SQDCM parameters.
Drive productivity improvements, lean initiatives, and EHS performance.
Cultivate a team-oriented work environment through coaching and mentoring.
Foster problem-solving skills among shop floor resources through analysis and root cause identification.
Oversee technical operations involving robots, lasers, and press shops.
Promote IMS process implementation and improvement.
Develop workforce flexibility and multiskilling programs for team members.
Design, develop, and maintain tools, tackles, and trolleys for painted parts.
Maintain and improve processes, production efficiency, cycle time, capacity, and process capabilities.
Plan, induct, train, rotate, and develop human resources.
Cultivate expertise in the Toyota Production System or equivalent.
Expand process and method engineering footprints to enhance material flow and reduce handling in the shop.
Preferred Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess experience in sheet metal fabrication, welding, and robotics from industries such as construction equipment, automobiles, and auto components.
