As our Assistant Boutique Manager, you will:
Bring your proven experience in luxury retail to support the Boutique Manager in daily operations.
Collaborate in leading and motivating the team, fostering a positive and proactive atmosphere.
Assist in managing operational tasks according to company standards, including sales and service excellence, operational efficiency, payroll administration, and loss prevention efforts.
Demonstrate agility in adapting to evolving needs and contributing to decisions aligned with company priorities and values.
Utilize your exceptional sales acumen and passion for styling to create personalized shopping experiences for our discerning clientele.
Contribute to maintaining an organized, dependable, and communicative team environment.
What you'll bring:
A genuine love for and experience in the luxury fashion sector.
Minimum 3 years of retail management experience is preferred.
Demonstrated leadership potential and the ability to support and empower team members.
A proactive approach to operational tasks and a commitment to company standards.
