About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven and responsible Shift Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can lead a team with energy and purpose. As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll be the right hand of the Store Manager, running shifts smoothly and making sure our high standards are upheld every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the team during shifts
Ensure all food safety, quality, and hygiene standards are met
Handle customer service issues with professionalism and positivity
Manage cash handling and end-of-day procedures
Train new team members and set the tone for excellent service
Ensure operations run on time and within cost targets
Jump into all roles when needed — we’re all hands-on at Uncle Sam’s!
What We’re Looking For:
Previous QSR or hospitality experience (minimum 1 year in a leadership role preferred)
A strong work ethic and ability to multitask
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A team player with a passion for great food and great vibes
Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
