Required Qualifications:
· Regular ******** consumer
· 2-3 years of ******** industry experience
· 2-4 years in a managerial capacity running a high volume/high traffic business in the retail, hospitality, or customer service industry
· Knowledge and understanding of the Canadian ******** Industry
· Strong understanding and management of key retail KPI’s

· Proven track record of strong, established business relationships with key suppliers, clients, business associates

· Ideally have experience with Big Chip scheduling platform or experience operating an online scheduling and staff maintance platform.
Key Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Recruit, hire, onboard, train and develop enthusiastic Customer Experience/Sale Representatives who are passionate about supporting our mission and vision
· Act as a role model who coaches, mentors, and inspires their team; facilitate activities that will build and enhance teamwork and retention
· Establish a strong sales and customer service culture with an accountability for operating standards and a drive to increase financial performance
· Complete quarterly performance evaluations for all employees
· Create and adjust scheduling according to sales performance and overall store traffic
· Manage store schedule to ensure best possible coverage of floor and non-customer facing staff while minimizing labour expense
· Schedule sales training and product knowledge sessions for staff on an ongoing basis
· Ensure POS transactions and end of day cash reconciliation is accurate and follow-up and any discrepancies
· Responsible for weekly BCLDB order reviewing and receiving/inventory
· Overall day to day operations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
