Process Overview
Global Procurement through the Third Party Program sets the framework for third party risk management. The Program incorporates requirements for business and risk management activities to support the Company goal of maintaining a consistent, sustainable and effective risk-based process for managing the third party engagement and lifecycle.
Job Description
Third Party Management (Data Quality) team works on creation, maintenance and managing Vendor data governed by Enterprise Vendor Management program standards. Team supports a technology solution that enables a ‘master data’ management capability for the Third Party Administration portfolio. In addition to core profile management suports various control functions related to Vendor Inventory and attribute management.
Responsibilities
• Understand of Procurement model / Vendor management.
• Supporting BAU activities on daily basis by working with the Third Party Operation teams
• Responsible to create and maintain Business Entity profile for Vendor Inventory
• Knowledge of Parent Subsidiary relationship and Merger & Acquisition
• Data analysis on Third Parties
• Need to have an innovative and transformation mindset to identify improvement opportunities to optimize process
Requirements
Education
Graduate (B Com./BBA /M Com.)
Certifications If Any
Experience Range
7-10 yrs
Foundational skills
• Experience in Vendor management /Supply chain management role
• Experience in Secondary research, Data mining and Data Analysis
• Proficient in MS Office/ SharePoint / Analytical Skills
• MS Excel and Macros knowledge
• Basic SQL (data extraction Queries)
• Eye for detail
• Experience of MIS reporting
Desired Skills
• Knowledge of Data analytics and reporting tools like Alteryx, Tableau etc.
• Good communication skills
