Roles and Responsibilities
This role shall function as a team leader for Non-voice unit of Inbound Contact
Centre.
The employee should possess knowledge and understanding of
processing of home loan application, documentation process,
understanding of real estate working environment
The employee will be responsible to set clear team goals and an
inspiring work environment
The employee will be responsible for managing day to day
activities like email assignment and servicing customer within
threshold TAT
The employee will be responsible for supervisor bucket in case
the team member is not able to handle
The employee will be responsible for Email quality of the team
members
The employee will be responsible for maintaining customer and
process TAT for the team members
The employee will be responsible for NPS score of the team
The employee should possess the skill to motivate the team
and reduce attrition
The employee will be responsible for identifying the training needs, if
any and arranging the same
