Role overview: The role of Manager / Assistant Manager based in Bangalore is to design and develop dashboards and Nprinting reports in Qliksense. The candidate will also help in enhancing the existing dashboards as per onshore’ s requirement. The candidate must have high standards of self-audit with excellent attention to detail. He/she should be able to govern and drive multiple simultaneous deliveries across various locations. We are looking for a very dynamic, result oriented proactive individual who can leverage their network and relationship building skills to manage a multi-faceted role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal is required.
What you’ll do:
Design and develop dashboards in Qliksense
Design, develop and distribute Nprinting reports
Enhance the existing dashboards as per onshore’ s requirement.
Propose, build and deliver operational improvements to our processes through automation
Work closely with Client connect team to identify targets and drive the technical aspect
Management of business projects with both internal stakeholders and related parties
Have high standards of self-audit with excellent attention to detail
Govern and drive multiple simultaneous deliveries across various locations

What you will need to succeed in the role:
Master/Bachelor degree in Engineering with experience in Business Intelligence (BI) domain/analytics functions
Working experience and strong knowledge in Qlikview, Qliksense, Nprinting, and SQL with designing, development and deployment of dashboards and distribution of Nprinting reports
Experience in creating Qliksense visualization extensions from scratch and writing complex SQL queries and database warehousing.
Strong working knowledge and building of VBA macros
Proficiency in SAS / R, Python will be an added advantage
Experience in finance domain with good knowledge of investment banking and/or markets would be preferred
Experience of developing predictive models leveraging statistical and (or) machine learning methods to solve complex business problems will be added advantage
Proven logical data modelling skills; delivering artefacts and adhering to required governance standards
Ability to quickly get up to speed with the current data landscape and apply acquired analysis and data skills to new contexts and approaches
Ability to work both in a team environment and autonomously
