Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for Banking and other Accounting Activities.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Hands-on experience in preparing consolidated financial reports for a group with overseas subsidiaries and familiarity with Hyperion software would be added advantageous.
• Assist in proactive analysis to drive revenue growth and profit generation via scenario analyses, rate reviews, occupancy studies.
• MUST have min 3 years of experience at Management level in accounting and finance related roles.
• Preparation of Audit Schedules and managing Field Audit. Review all transactions and payment functions to ensure that they are complete and accurate.
• Strong budget forecasting knowledge along with General Account Ledger (GLs) and Manage cost and price estimation and cost control activities of the company.
• Experience in SAP Inventory Management and Fixed Asset at desired
• Compliance with statutory, regulatory and shareholder reporting requirements. Possess experience of forecasting process, Able to independently create a forecast and drive discussions and action plan.
