Driving penetration and brand awareness by finding innovative & cost-effective ways.
• Develop, test & execute marketing campaigns across different channels like email, push notifications, sms, etc while driving customer acquisition.
• Track topical issues to run campaigns to improve engagement with the customers
• Identify best practices & document the same while running marketing campaigns
• Conceptualizing marketing campaigns and building relevant workflows by segmenting the user base appropriately to identify opportunity areas in the user's lifecycle
• Staying current with emerging opportunities in the terms of reach out methods (Content, design, communication channel/tools) & drive marketing automation
• Deep interest in insight mining and leveraging learnings to solve problems.
Competencies / Expectation from the candidate:
• Degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field. Should have good oral & written communication skills
• Excellent command of the English language
• Proven attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment to drive both strategy and ground execution
• Functional Competencies:
• Analytical skills: Mandate for tracking, sharing & analyzing performance reports.
• Prior experience with marketing tools like WebEngage/MoEngage/Hubspot is an added advantage.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize work, handle changing priorities with the use of judgment
• Dynamic, selfstarter and highly motivated individual who would like to work in an intellectually & professionally challenging environment and can contribute in building up the fastest growing logistic startup in India
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and across communication channels
