Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities : -
1. Supervising finance team subordinates for ensuring accuracy in core accounting functions –
Ø Accounts Receivables
Ø Accounts Payables
Ø General Ledger
Ø Fixed Assets
Ø Employee Expenses reimbursement
Ø Payroll
Ø Intercompany receivables/ payables management
2. Responsible for managing –
Ø MIS reporting
Ø Budgeting / Forecasting
Ø Statutory audit/ Tax audit/ Transfer Pricing of Indian Companies
Ø Direct and Indirect Tax compliances including but not limited to Customs/ GST/ TDS/ FEMA
Ø Treasury Management
Ø Finalisation of accounts including consolidation of accounts
Ø Liaison with consultants for handling Tax assessments
Ø Monthly submission of MIS to parent Company with continuous co-ordination and reconciliation of accounts with more than 10 group Companies etc
Technical Requirements : -
1. C.A. / M. Com with 8-12years of hands-on experience in the core accounting & finance domain
2. Must have hands on experience in Direct and Indirect Tax compliances including but not limited to Customs/ GST/ TDS/ FEMA
3. Should have reasonable working knowledge of Income-tax Act, GST and FEMA
4. Should have reasonable knowledge of Companies Act, 2013
5. Must have reasonable working knowledge of Accounting Standards and should be conversant with finalisation and preparation of financial statements as required by Schedule III of Companies Act, 2013
6. Experience in Tally Accounting software/ERP/Microsoft Dynamix (must)
7. Have worked in an Organisation having minimum turnover of Rs. 400 Crores
8. Computer Proficiency - Excel proficiency
