About the Role :
The Accounts Receivable Manager oversees AR operations, ensuring timely payment gateway reconciliation, efficient Order to Cash (O2C) processes, and robust revenue assurance.
Key Responsibilities :
• Payment Gateway Reconciliation :
• Manage and reconcile transactions from various payment gateways.
• Resolve discrepancies in payment reports.
• Order to Cash (O2C) Process :
• Oversee the entire O2C cycle, from order entry to cash collection.
• Monitor customer credit and ensure timely collections.
• Revenue Assurance :
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting.
• Identify and mitigate revenue leakage risks.
• Accounts Receivable Management :
• Supervise the AR team and maintain accounting policies.
• Prepare and present AR reports to management.
• Collaboration and Communication :
• Work with Sales and Customer Service to streamline processes.
• Address customer payment inquiries and issues.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant.
• Proven AR management experience, including payment gateway reconciliation and O2C processes.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
