Job Description
The Assistant Manager - Administration will be responsible for overseeing key administrative functions, including recruitment, social media management, and tendering processes. This role requires a versatile individual with experience in human resources, digital marketing, and procurement. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain an updated database of potential candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Manage the company’s social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Create and schedule content, monitor social media trends, and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring compliance with all legal and procedural requirements.
• Manage the tendering process, including identifying opportunities, preparing documentation, and coordinating with relevant departments.
• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree in Science or related field.
• Freshers with 0-1 years of experience can apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication including verbal and written, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Should be research oriented and have good leadership qualities.
