Roles and Responsibilities:
• Agile Transformation: Drive agile transformations across the organization, influencing multiple levels and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Training and Development: Design and deliver agile training programs, covering topics such as agile roles, release processes, road mapping, visioning, user story writing, and team building.
• Agile Framework Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge and experience with various agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and DevOps.
• Coaching and Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to teams and individuals in adopting agile practices and overcoming challenges.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain high-quality documentation and artifacts related to agile processes and initiatives.
Skills Required:
• Industry Experience: 15-20 years of overall industry experience.
• Agile Coaching Experience: 3+ years of experience in agile coaching and transformation within a technology organization.
• Agile Framework Knowledge: In-depth understanding of multiple agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, DevOps).
• Agile Certifications: Preferred certifications include CSM/CSP, Kanban, SAFe Agilist, or LeSS.
• Hands-On Approach: A self-managed and result-oriented mindset.
• Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
• Attention to Detail: A track record of creating high-quality documentation.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and adapt priorities based on client and internal requirements.
• Fluency in English: Strong English language skills.
Education: Any Graduation
