Job Objective
This position is Project Engineer – Civil & will be responsible for all aspects of Project Execution, Engineering and Site coordination of all Filling, Backfilling, Boundary wall, Grading, Pitching, Piling, Foundation, Beam & Structure, Column, Truss, Buildings, Support Structure (Temporary & Permanent), Road, Racks, Piping and Equipment footing & Structure, Platforms, Drains, Trench, Culverts, Concrete Tanks, Strom Water collection Pits, Process drain Pits, CMB, Horticulture etc for Cell & Module Plant with Utilities & Offsites etc. The person should have hands on experience to drive the Quality Civil construction work as per set targets with utmost safety and quality. He needs to coordinate with Ciontractors/ Consultants/ Engineering team and lead the site team for timely completion of the installation and commissioning work.
Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Roles & Responsibilities
• Coordination with Contractors /Engineering Team//Consultants for Project related activities to ensure timely completeion.
• Ensure timely handover the front to downline activities i.e. mechanical works.
• Establish safe Construction methodology and ensure the installation are carriedout accordingly.
• Coordinate with relevant team for smooth installation and comissioining.
• Coordination with contractor for finalisation of adequate material at sites.
• Cooridnation with Equipment erection, Piping installation agencies to ensure proper support fixture
• Adopt robust safety practice at site to avoid any accidents at site
• Follow the schedule and Share the progress MIS to senior amangement
• Design effective and cost-efficient structural solutions to meet organization needs
• Manage and schedule resources for structural design, drafting and construction at sites.
• Outsource design when necessary to ensure timeframes are achieved and we have the most cost effective compliant design within the budgeted design cost.
• Develop concepts for all structural engineering systems to meet our needs.
