About the role: As the Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager, supporting a dynamic team of 5 driven retailers. You’ll take ownership of people management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and lead the store on Sunday and Monday in the Store Manager’s absence. If you’re passionate about retail, have proven leadership experience, and excel in customer service, this is the role for you!
About You:
Proven leadership experience in retail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
Ability to motivate, lead, and manage a team
Commitment to upholding company values and standards
