Hybrid Working We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. However, some colleagues may choose to spend more time in the office over a typical period than their role type requires. We also have a flexible working process where, subject to business needs, all colleagues globally are able to request work patterns to reflect their personal circumstances These requests will be reviewed and agreed for a period of time i.e., will have a start and end date. Introduction: Hands-on and accountable AP manager for the Procurement AP Operations Team in the Invoice and Payments processing area o The candidate is expected to be a business expert, familiar with the end-to-end invoicing workflow, payment processing operations, policy and procedures as well as exception handling. P2p expertise is required for this role and system application skills on SAP, Coupa is preferred. o To be the first point of contact for business escalations and act as a subject expert within the Invoice Management & Payment Processing function of Procurement Operations o Role may have the individual contributor / team lead profile as per requirement What will you be doing? o Direct accountability of performance management of team members and team deliverables o Processing queue management including workflows, exceptions, errors, ageing & checks within SLA o Take the ownership to manage all invoices and payments completed as per SLA o Have eye to detail experience and understanding for managing payments and understands the criticality of the process o Very sound reporting skills where can extract reports from SAP, Coupa systems and build MI for process reviews and decision making What we’re looking for: o Working knowledge of Accounts Payables business with proficient knowledge in SAP R3/ S4 Hana o Excellent oral and written English skills o Able to cope with clients from different background and regions globally over the phone or email o Fast-learner of new procedures and applications Skills that will help you in the role: o Experience of dealing with demanding and urgent queries/escalations from internal & external clients o Good working knowledge of Ms-excel shall be an add on. o Candidates with ability to provide insights and innovative ideas around improving workflow and provide end-to-end solutions to business users shall be preferred.
