Description
Prepare and maintain accurate registration for all company assets, including real estate, vehicles,
machinery, and equipment.
Update register for asset additions, retirements, and transfers.
Monitor asset activity to ensure compliance with company policy and procedures
Reconcile asset accounts to the general ledger on a monthly basis
Perform physical inventory counts of assets as needed
Research and resolve discrepancies between inventory records and actual assets
Assist with special projects as needed
Perform other duties as assigned.
Familiar with land purchase/sales transaction i.e., execution of sale/Purchase deed, Gift deed,
conveyance deed.
Land Valuation from valuation as and when require.
