We are looking for a Full-time Assistant Manager for our bar and restaurant to assist our too busy Manager with the day-to-day running of the FOH team.
Applicants will have:
At least 2 Years experience as a Duty Manager running a team in a fast-paced bar/restaurant operation.
Experience in table service as well as bar service.
A current valid Manager’s Certificate.
A passion for pubs and a desire to elevate this style of eating and drinking to the highest level.
A love of craft beer, food, wine and mixed drinks.
Strong leadership qualities, a positive can-do attitude and a desire to continue to build a career in the Hospitality industry.
