Your tasks and duties :
Supervise the store operation from end-to-end and ensure the store runs continuously
Participate in planning menu items and pricing to get the maximum profitability and minimum food waste
Find ways to improve operations efficiency and increase revenue
Supervise the staff ,including rostering ,training and development, hiring, performarnce reviews
Control stock by conducting stocktakes regularly and the purchase of stock
Maintain a good relationship and negotiate with suppliers
Ensure the store operations adhere with the health standard and food safety standards
Resolve customer complaints
Support new operations workflow and marketing activities that lead to the business development
Requirement :
Hold a Bachelor Level 7 qualification or higher in business or hospitality
Or hold a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
A high energy, strong work ethic, and positive attitude
Proven track record of the ability to motivate and led the team towards success
Reliable and Punctual
