Job Description
This role is responsible to conduct & execute Risk Based Internal Audits (RBIA) of Branch Banking MFI and SFB Branches as per schedule of the Audit Plan under the guidance of the Supervisors; share observations on daily basis to branch supervisors; drafting audit observations and Writing Audit Reports; Audit issue tracking and closure.
The incumbent is responsible to provide suggestions/ feedback to enhance the existing processes & policies taking in to account Risk and compliance parameters, based on audit observations.
Control testing & risk assessment; Preparation and Review of Audit Work Papers; Evidencing to be gathered and submitted to Audit manager after each audit; Proper worksheet (Risk Control Matrix) to be prepared for each branch audited and kept in record; Mentor for new joiner's and guide them on all policy matters and Field Audit Process.
