Keeping the org engaged in fun activities and ensure to post pictures of the events in yammer and tag onshore partners who participated.

Tracker and dashboard for key projects for each BU and function (Capital Markets, Wealth, Asset Management, Technology, Implementations, Client Services)
Work on automation to reduce transactional activities. Ex. Headcount reporting, Timesheets, Travel, etc.
India dashboards / reporting
HC reporting dashboard (IKARE) to address global needs. Automate the process where the HC reports for billing is available online and updated periodically.
Associate engagement
Define goals and priorities for GCIS associate engagement.
• Preparing event calendar for BU.
• Creating plans based on previous feedback by rolling out the survey.
• Create focus groups with in the teams for engagement drivers, challenges, and desired outcomes.
Have a yearly tracker in place for the activities happening within org. Ex. ELT visit, CSR activities, trainings.
• ELT visits, training programs, team-building exercises.
• CSR activities, industry events, conferences, networking opportunities.
• Implement the Trackers
Build a communication model between internal stakeholder - communication and engagement plan with India teams. Track and ensure required DL in place and maintain DL hygiene.
