Job Description
• Motivate the team to get desired results and outcomes, as defined by the line manager. Constructively give and incorporate feedback into work products and processes, remaining flexible in a changing environment.
• Coach the team leads on new processes and system changes to facilitate pivots in strategy and operating agility; develop and manage operational plans, reporting or analysis.
• Serve as an escalation point and act as a trainer for new joiners.
• Proactively identify issues; resolve problems within the team and collaborate with the line manager on challenges which may require analysis of data, interpretation of regulations, or people management considerations.
• Maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures and Service Delivery Standard to enhance, control and improve operations. Contribute to automation projects. Take ownership for the quality of outcomes of individual work as well as responsibility for what the team delivers. Focus on accuracy; ensure the success of the line manager and the team as a whole.
• Partner with key Banking department contacts outside the team, and interact with customers and vendors as required
• Support the professional development of all team members by providing guidance on career plans and goal setting.
