JOBDESCRIPTION:
Will be working / practical knowledge aboutoperation of certain service industry of BFS segment such as PMS, MF, AIF,Wealth Management Offshore funds etc.
The candidate should have the ability to analyze,compare, and interpret facts and figures quickly; and be able sound judgmentsbased on this information.
He / She should have good oral and writtencommunication skills, well-developed interpersonal skills, leadership andpeople management skills.
Business understanding, systems and computer skillsare required.
Accuracy and the ability to handle responsibilitywith limited supervision are important.
He / she should not have major constraint fortravelling outstation.
He / She should be in a position to lead the team ofat least 4-5 juniors under him and guide them. Also may have to report topartner directly
Vital –
Experience in Bank & Financial Institutions particularly in wealth management firms, depository or capital markets
Essential –
Ability to work independently, we have an autonomous work environment perfect for individual with strong business judgement

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Hasworking or audit experience in middle and back-office operations of WealthManagement Firms, Mutual Fund AMC’s, AIF, Depository or Capital Markets etc.
Shouldhave thorough knowledge and understanding of investments and securities.
Shouldbe abreast of the SEBI and RBI regulations applicable.
Supervision and responsible for qualityand timely delivery of all engagements within financial services practice
Internal SOPs and methodology to be keptupdated.
Define and manage appropriate keyperformance indicators to ensure delivery of work, as agreed with keystakeholders.
Strengthen the delivery capabilities ofthe practice by training and mentoring the team and adhering to professionalpractice requirements.
Release alerts and thought leadershiparticles at regular intervals.
Partner with Business Solutionsresources for automating processes thereby building efficiencies.
Knowledge of Wealth Spectrum / Milessoftware would be preferable.
