Job Description
1 Job Purpose –
· To drive #Talent_Acquisition and Manpower positioning strategy implementation efficiently
· Ensuring Manpower Onboard as per the Budget approved as per TAT in the assigned Geography and Business Verticals
2 Duties & Responsibilities -
· Work closely with the Divisional / Area Business & Collection Managers
· Handle entire recruitment life cycle for all the approved New positions / Replacements
· Using different recruitment sources like Head Hunting, campus recruitment, Cold calling , Social Media Recruitment, Job Portals etc
· Manage vendor/consultancy at optimised outcome
for all positions across vertical.
· Directly responsible for Headhunting Key talents from other NBFC's/ Banks for critical roles.
· Preparing & Monitoring suitable metrics and dashboards in adherence to the preset standards to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment & on boarding function
3: Key Challenges –
· Maintaining the Source Mix & hiring Efficiency across Verticals / functions
· Managing the Cost of Hiring
4: Decision Making Authority –
· Shortlisting & finalising the candidates
· Vendor Management & Empanelment
