Full–time
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in-store experience. In order to do this, the candidate will build and train an effective team, and effectively incorporate business trends and customer feedback into the training of employees.
Responsibilities
• Assisting the Manager in setting and achieving team goals and targets
• Training and onboarding new employees
• Monitoring employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed
• Handling escalated customer inquiries and issues
• Assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
• Analyzing and reporting on team and customer metrics to management
• Participating in team meetings and providing updates on team performance
• Assisting with the development of team schedules and resource planning
• Collaborating with other departments and teams within the organization to ensure seamless service delivery
• Providing guidance and support to team members to ensure that they are meeting performance expectations and targets.
In addition to these specific duties, an Assistant Manager in a BPO may also be responsible for other tasks as assigned by the Manager or the company. It is important for an Assistant Manager in a BPO to have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have the ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries and issues in a professional and effective manner.
Qualifications
• Minimum graduate or equivalent
• 2+ years of BPO or equivalent management experience
• Strong verbal or written communication skills
