Tech Mahindra is hiring for Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition for BPO Recruitment .
Role & Responsibilities:-
• Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant
• Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
• Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
• Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social Networking)
• Research and choose job advertising options
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
• Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
• Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
• Participate in job fairs and career events
• Must have an exposure of Team Handling.
• Must have an exposure of Bulk Hiring/BPO Hiring/Mass Hiring
Experience:- 4 Years +
Note:- Candidate must have an exposure of BPO Domain Recruitment.
Working Days:- 6 Days
