Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world’s largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the WPB team.
Principal Responsibilities
• Primary responsibility for achievement of the Branch Mortgage sales numbers.
• Business development through internal and external channels
• Co-ordination with stakeholders (internal & external) for generating Mortgage applications and conversion till disbursal stage
• Ensure discrepant free submission of applications at the Regional Processing Centres
• Training and knowledge development of Branch staff through engagement with the Sales Quality Coaches.
Requirements
• Graduate with at least 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience
• Thorough understanding of the Mortgage business.
• Sound knowledge of associated processes – operations, credit policy, disbursals, legal etc.
• Good communication, internal-personal and team management skills
• Sufficient experience of having successfully handled a sales/support role in Mortgages.
• Knowledge of Mortgage business and understanding of internal process-policy related matters.
• Experience of being in a similar role that involves extensive interaction and co-ordination with associated functions
