The Opportunity
Base + Super & Benefits!
Tuesday - Saturday roster: 40 hours per week
Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity in our Burleigh Heads Showroom!
Working closely with the Store Manager, this role will see you offering leadership support to the team, whilst ensuring operational tasks are completed efficiently.
You’ll provide training, guidance, and supervision, ensuring the team stays focused during busy periods, and remain motivated towards achieving business goals and KPIs. With a dedicated and driven approach, you’ll also lead by example and set the tone for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

A passion for success and future leadership progression

A proven track record of successfully driving sales
Ability to use your own initiative and thrive with ambiguity
Organisational skills and ability to juggle numerous priorities
You will be well presented, professional and have strong communication skills
A background in retail and/or sales leadership
A background in building products or flooring is an advantage
