Responsibilities:
1. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to approach potential clients.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
3. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
4. Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to increase revenue.
5. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
6. Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to clients.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and successful delivery of products/services.
8. Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2. Proven track record of successful sales experience.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
7. Willingness to travel as needed.
8. Valid driver's license.
