Working with IndiNatus team, the Assistant Business Development Manager is responsible for presenting tailored demonstrations and qualification discussions to customer and/ or prospect. The Assistant Business Development Manager also qualifying opportunities - in or out and helping expand existing opportunities through solid questioning. The Assistant Business Development Manager responsible for demonstrations or presentation on the supported products and solutions. Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits, Demonstrating and presenting products, establishing new business, maintaining accurate records, attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings, reviewing sales performance, Negotiating contracts and packages.

Business Roles and Responsibilities: -
• Project Sales and Business Development for complete surveillance solution using IndiNatus Products.
• Handling Estimation, Costing and Documentation required for CCTV tenders.
• Meeting Prospective Customers and Expanding Market Base.
• Provide Technical and Business Support to the partners.
• Arranging demo at the client’s places for product briefing in co-ordination with system integrators.
• Build relationship with decision makers for managing repeat business and identifying the opportunities for the new products / services enhance the existing infrastructure for additional revenue.
• Identifying and Developing System Integrators as Business Partners across India.
• Generate new business by hunting for new accounts in the respective vertical / Industry.
• Maintaining and increasing business from existing customers.
• Adhere to defined sales processes and maintain/grow the funnel as per organizational growth plans.
• Champion the customers cause internally with various teams to ensure quality solution, timely delivery, top-class support.
• Escalate customer issues, process anomalies and pain points in a timely manner to concern departments for timely resolutions.
• Report sales data, competition information and market data as per requirements
• Revenue Generation from New Account
• Participate in Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand customer base in the assigned Geo / Territory.
• Constantly Qualify and build new opportunities / prospects.
• Accurately forecast and execute Booking, Billing and Collection figures
• Positioning of products and solutions
• Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

• Must be from Video Surveillance OEM background.
• Proven history meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales.
