Business Roles and Responsibilities: -
• Project Sales and Business Development for complete surveillance solution using IndiNatus Products.
• Handling Estimation, Costing and Documentation required for CCTV tenders.
• Meeting Prospective Customers and Expanding Market Base.
• Provide Technical and Business Support to the partners.
• Arranging demo at the client’s places for product briefing in co-ordination with system integrators.
• Build relationship with decision makers for managing repeat business and identifying the opportunities for the new products / services enhance the existing infrastructure for additional revenue.
• Identifying and Developing System Integrators as Business Partners across India.
• Generate new business by hunting for new accounts in the respective vertical / Industry.
• Maintaining and increasing business from existing customers.
• Adhere to defined sales processes and maintain/grow the funnel as per organizational growth plans.
• Champion the customers cause internally with various teams to ensure quality solution, timely delivery, top-class support.
• Escalate customer issues, process anomalies and pain points in a timely manner to concern departments for timely resolutions.
• Report sales data, competition information and market data as per requirements
• Revenue Generation from New Account
• Participate in Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand customer base in the assigned Geo / Territory.
• Constantly Qualify and build new opportunities / prospects.
• Accurately forecast and execute Booking, Billing and Collection figures
• Positioning of products and solutions
• Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile: -
• BE / B. Tech degree Plus MBA preferable or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of sales experience
• Must be from Video Surveillance OEM background.
• Proven history meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales.
