Livewire Experience is looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Executive - Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for corporate sales within the hospitality, events, or media industry and a track record of successfully growing business pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Development:
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships with potential clients in the hospitality, IT m manufacturing , real estate & Media Industries , amogst others
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the company.
• Create high recall value for the brand amongst customers by positioning it as a top choice for experiential marketing and events.
• Stay in touch with market trends and customer spending cycles to align sales strategies and service offerings effectively.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive market growth.
• Client Acquisition & Engagement :
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Actively network and stay connected with targeted clientele to generate new leads and business opportunities.
• Work with the Servicing Team to ensure Clients are engaged & serviced
• Oper Doors for the Agency across untapped clients & Markets
Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Research and analyze market trends, competition, and potential new markets for business expansion.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to the client’s needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Track and report sales activities, client interactions, and key business development metrics to the senior management team.
• Provide insights and feedback on market conditions, product/service offerings, and client requirements.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• 5+ years of corporate sales experience in hospitality, events, or media sectors.( not space selling)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the hospitality, events, and media industries.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and build strong client relationships.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay proactive in identifying business opportunities.
• Well turned out individual who can network with corporates & brands .
