Description

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct research on financial issues and provide insights to clients.
• Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process, including the development of financial models and analysis of financial data.
• Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Monitor and review financial transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial guidance and support in decision-making processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, changes in accounting regulations, and best practices in financial management.
• Assessment with relevant tax departments.
• Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory reports on behalf of clients.
• Train and mentor junior staff members on financial principles and best practices.
• Should have hands-on experience in auditing.

Qualifications:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Proven work experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role in finance or accounting.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations, taxation, and audit.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• High ethical standards and integrity.
